Pacso act against me i m the father and my wife using it for her ego

I have divorced few years back and we had a daughter but after 10 year of marrige my wife wanted to remarriage again. We did that but she was having too much problem when I meet my parents brothers and sisters so after 5 months of marrige I decided that we can't stay togather and I left the house. But she filed the case against me of dowry and many thing but she also claim that I did wrong to my daughter and 164 me bayan Kara diye daughter is 11 year old and she is using her against me for her ego issues how can I survive

hello sir, your query is quite confusing, one hand you are saying you got divorce and on other hand you are saying that u left the house after month..kindly clear...and what your daughters said in 164 statement...what allegation in the FIR...plz clear...do contract for the solution

sir according to your query you can file and FIR in nearest police station like extortion and further more and you can find a domestic violence and criminal procedure code and Indian penal code apply all these sections in your wife and her parents
