Our case (498-A, 34) in district court (Prosecution evidence stage). The P.P is focusing on delaying the matter by coming up with different excuses and pressurising my sister to say what is written in the report made by I.O of police station whereas the report is in other party's favor. The facts were never stated by my sister and statements of 161 CRPC were not recorded despite numerous request. P.P Says if the report is different then you can get that changed at the time of cross - examination. nWe never requested for I.O ( police) to come to court and today P.P said I.O is not present so next date of given whereas were ready for our statements (chief). nnIs P.P going in right direction or whatever is saying / doing, legitimate ? nnnPlease suggest how can we resolve the current scenario and expedite the court procedure ?
