In case of suspected tampering you can apply for a certified copy of the entire case and compare them with your document or your counsel can submit an application in the Hon'ble Court for inspection of documents. If you find the documents are tampered, you can bring this to the notice of the Hon'ble Court.

Both parties to a case have the right to inspect the court record by filing an appropriate application before the concerned court. During the course of inspection, if you find that any document is missing from the judicial record, you should immediately bring the same to the notice of the Learned Judge as well as the court staff. If no corrective action is taken despite such intimation, you may file a formal application seeking appropriate directions for reconstruction or placement of the missing documents on record. In the event such an application is rejected, the order can be challenged before the High Court in accordance with law. Further, if you possess credible and conclusive evidence suggesting manipulation of the court record or any act that compromises the fairness of the proceedings, you may also approach the High Court directly by invoking its supervisory jurisdiction and seek appropriate directions to ensure a fair trial. Mere apprehension that the opposite party or court staff may alter the judicial record is generally not sufficient. If you have specific reasons supported by facts, you may file an application before the Family Court seeking inspection of the judicial file and obtain certified copies of all pleadings, orders and documents on record. You may also request the Court to verify the record and ensure that the file is properly maintained. If there is credible material indicating tampering with judicial records, the matter can be brought to the notice of the Presiding Officer by a detailed application. The High Court's supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution may be invoked only in exceptional cases where there is tangible evidence of irregularity or failure of justice. Therefore, first exhaust the remedy before the trial court and preserve all certified copies for future reference.

You may apply before the trial court to inspect and verify the judicial file and seek certified copies. If there is credible proof of tampering, approach the High Court seeking appropriate directions.
