Original Marriage Registration Certificate Lost of Husband

Sirs, nOur marriage was registered on 13.03.2011 in Kolkata and a copy of Marriage Certificate was given to both husband and wife. nLater in 2015 we filed for mutual divorce and was granted by the Learned Barracpore Court, Dist. North 24 Parganas, Kolkata in January 2016 and on the date of hearing Original Marriage Certificate of WIFE was submitted by my Ex WIFE. n Few years later, I (ex husband) realized that the Original Marriage Certificate of mine not found and might be lost/misplaced.Now Should I file a General Diary at the Local Police Station for such misplacing or not, because we have already been legally seperated in January 2016.Please advise. nnRegardsnBiplab Chakrabortyn(Ex Husband)

you can also obtain the same from the learned barrackpore court as a certified copy instead of going into much complications unnecessarily and easily you can obtain the same without much hassle this the best possible way out

It's not clear whether the whole matter is about you or someone else . It's been under stood that someone has lost marriage certificate and it's to restored . Rest can be discussed over call
