Order issue of Interim maintenance 5000/- per month

How can one avoid interim maintenance? Maintenance will have to be paid even after the Section 9 decision in favor of the husband or after getting the decree? If the wife is a BHMS doctor by profession and is educated but is deliberately not doing a job or is hiding her financial condition, still she will have to pay maintenance to the husband. How can one avoid section 24 or how can the order be canceled when the husband has no Even if there is no regular income

If wife has not joined after the decree has been passed in Section 9 in favour of husband and has willfully deserted him or not complying the orders passed by court in Section 9 then u can get the interim maintenance cancelled by filling a revision in High court . Contact me for any help.
