Options of divorce for a filipina outside Philippines & marry in india

I want to marry my Filipina, but she was married separated (not legally). As divorce is not an easy option and a very costly affair there, is there anyway to marry her here ? (If she is willing to renounce her Philippines citizenship)
if she is residing in India legally as a resident in India, based on the proof of residence. She can try for divorce from an Indian Court. She should provide address of her husband and arrange far delivery of notice to him.
