Opposition ko appeal karne ki avdhi ke bare me janana chahti hu..

Hello, nMere pati ne divorce case file ki hai...muze October me notice Mila tha usi din meri DV case ki date thi to me court ja nahi payi to 4th January ki hearing me case status exparty hua to me usi din exparty nikalavane ke liye maine apne vakil se appeal ki toh exparty status nikal gaya..to muze written statement (WS) ke liye 25th January ki hearing date mili..mere vakil ne kaha itne kam samay me hum WS nahi de sakte hum next hearing me denge toh muze thik laga...lekin 25thfebruary ko firse hearing ki tarikh par unhone same problem kar di unhone WS nahi banaya aur muze email bhi nahi kiya...abhi firse 15th March ko hearing date he muze 1 week se bol rahe hai WS ready hai lekin na vo muze dikha rahe nahi Email kar rahe hai mere vakil Thane se hai aur case Thane ka hai and Mai Mumbai se hu...samajh nahi aaraha kya karu....plz help

Dear Queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that your Advocate is dragging your time to file Written Statement and also not ready to share the draft of the same, in this situation if it is possible for you to visit his office personally then please do the same and see what he or she is is doing whether has really drafted the written statement or not, I think your advocate must have not drafted the written statement therefore is taking time for the same, if you think you want to change your advocate for the case do let me know.

Ji aap apne vakil ko chhodke mujhse Written Statement banwayi yeh. Mai aapko time me Written Statement bana dunga. taki aapko kisi bhi prakar se dikat ka saamna nahi karna pade aur aapki saari mushkile hal ho jaaye. aapke lawyer kafi laparwah malum hote hai.
