Ongoing divorce,Dv case from last 7 yrs

My husband married another lady after my marriage and have a daughter from her I cme to know about it after 5 yrs. So he filed a divorce case .I also filed dv and fir. All the cases are running from last 7 yrs.i have birth certificate as a proof of the other kid.i also hve a son who is now 14 yrs old.He has all my marriage jewellery with my in-laws for which I do not hve proof. A order has passed to give maintenance to my kid which is 5 lacs outstanding till date and he has not paid...pls help

Dear queriest, all your jewellery which is called streedhan will be recovered at the end of the hearing just submit all the details even if there is no proof about it, also if the maintenance is still pending then you can file for expedite of the case for appeal before the court for releasing the arrears with interest. for more information about the same kindly call me.

you can file a darkhast in the court and also get a distress warrant issued against your husband for not complying with the order of the court the court after going through your arguments may take strict actions against your husband
