One time alimony granted to lady which is out of my capabilities

I am Hindu. Lower court granted one time alimony to my wife of Rs 30 Lakhs and I am not able to give such amount.

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein you are not satisfied with the Judgment of Family Court passed against you, you must approach the concerned High Court against that Judgment and Decree within 90 days of passing of such Judgment and Decree.

File an affidavit and declare your assets in the court that you are not capable to pay . Attach your salary slip or monthly income receipt with that . For further clarification, feel free to reach me .

You are well within your rights to challenge the order of Rs. 30 lakhs. The Court can only grant an amount which is reasonable and within your financial means, not something which is impossible for you to pay. may i help you any legal issues.
