On going 125 crpc cross examination

11-Jan-2025 (In Divorce Law)
During husband's cross examination how severe it is if he can't mention the specific dates of events but tells the correct sequence of events? What if he goofed up on dates?

It's depends on cases to cases so don't worry about such things , better discuss with master of case I.e advocate , minor contradictions and omissions doesn't impact case , the credibility of evidence can't be discarded on that ground.

Dear Sir, The Court never insist for specific dates but only sequence of events which establishes his case. During the course of cross examination the case of husband may be destroyed by getting favourable answers by putting so may questions which may confuse him about the sequence of events etc. Thus, a party undergoing cross examination must be very intelligent to answer the questions.
