Does court accept Facebook photos videos, images on the official website of an institution as evidence? If yes how are they presented?

yes they can be accepting as evidence but u have to produce a certificate under section 65 B of evidence act or the new act if applicable to your case, unless the certificate is produced the documents will not be accepted in evidence, as the said documents are electronic documents and there is a special procedure that is it has to be produced with the certificate as mentioned in evidence act.

Dear Sir, The Courts are least bothered about contents of social networks since it has least time to go through all such details but it will consider to the extent of Ten to Twenty percent if such documentation in hard copies directly relating to the issues before the Court. Nobody can win the case or lose the case only on the basis of the contents of facebook photos, videos etc.
