NRI Muslim man wants divorce due to unhappiness and dispute between us

I am Indian Muslim had arranged marriage and have 2 kids. My wife is 7 years younger than me and we never had mutual understanding since beginning. We always argue for everything. we talk for 2 days and argue /fight for 5 days. I tried my best to love her back but resulted in hate and depression. I do respect her as woman and I could not love her and i been stuck in abroad for 2 years and i wanted to see my kids in India. But i could not face her and really want to be free and free my mind. what are the option for me to divorce. I do have to go through convincing my family and all. I am willing to support her and my kids for life long but do not want to live with her anymore. Please advise.

You can divorce your wife by pronouncing talaq in the proper way. That would suffice. As Islam permits up to four wives to coexist you can go for second marriage. You can send reasonable amount for the maintenance of your wife and children to her bank account.
