NRI Husband NOT SUPPORTING WIFE AND KIDS IN ANY WAY.

I am Mother of 2 minor kids and my husband has abandoned me and kids .he is not supporting us and now when I got a chance to work outside India he is jot having me a consent also to take my kids along. He is harassing me financially also am.

file maintenance case vis vis restitution of conjugal rights .u hve right to work anywhere no one can force you to live in India this is emotional cruelty caused by your husband to you. seek maintenance for your kids as well for you.
