NRI Husband married in India wife not willing to come back

I m NRI arranged married in India HINDU last year.The wife never came abroad.Have 3 mnths old baby. She staying with her own parents for the last 6 mnths. Parents making false allegations of dowry and domestic violence. Stayed with my wife for 2 months all together. She stayed with my family for only 2.5 months. Never demanded dowry.Wife stopped responding to my phone calls, txts and email 2 mnths ago. My parents tried their best to call her back and asking the reason.She fought with my parents and refused to come back to home without a relevant reason. Recently, I was debarred from my parental property and relations legally including my wife and baby. I am still abroad.Girl demanded for wedding jewellery from my parents which she already took away with her before her pregnancy. Legally what all they can do? N I can do? What is the worse situation could be? Will it affect my NRI status? Possibility can they summon me abroad BUT they don't have my address. Can they harrass my parents?
Yes surely they can harrase your parents and she can file a cases against your parents for dowry, harrasment and cruelity. She can also file a conplaint under criminal breach of trust for her jewellary

First I would like to know about your present jurisdiction, I mean where your parents and your wife staying right now? Secondly if you have enough evidence then it can save you from harassment. She can file anytime 498A and case for domestic violence.
