Dear Client,
All particulars are absent. What is the religion under which marriage was performed and place of marriage and residence after marriage, date of marriage. If one of the parties to the marriage is not competent like not potent to become father marriage will be annulled. Under Muslim Law if parties are Muslims Talaq (Divorce) will be granted by khazi in a masque. If parties are Hindus marriage will be annulled by order of divorce in a competent court of law. You must furnish full particulars.

Hi,
First file a domestic violence case against the husband and his mother. Since your sister is married under muslim law, the husband is asking your sister to file for khula and thereby obtain an easy divorce.

MY sincere advise to your sister is to file a maintenance case and a 498-a case against her husband and in-laws. Drag him before court by taking appropriate steps through court of law through embassy so that to some extent your sister problem can be resolved.
