NRI Divorce question

I have filed divorce in a foreign country, we are still staying in foreign, Can a wife file for I498 in India, if so, is it valid?

hi if you had obtained divorce in foreign counttry then need to see the grounds for grant of divorce and whether it is valid according to prevailing hindu laws in India and yes she could file 498A but you could contest the same by filing quash petition
