NRI Divorce Marriage As Per HMA

My husband has been declared p.o in India by women cell and has pending divorce case in which he is appearing through his counsel. Now he has taken ex parte divorce in Canada . Is this applies to HMA. Do I need to file appeal in Canada to get the divorce order set aside.
No you dont need to set aside the appeal in canada. Rather file a complaint in indian court stating the facts that the decree in canada was obtained through fraud. Kindly contact me with documents for further guidance.
