Now my ex husband is asking for the visitation right to see the baby .He is not paying anything for the maintanence of the baby and for me also .Is it correct to show the baby , But here the Area CI is forcing us to show the baby to him .But I don't like to show him the baby .Can u pls help me in this issue .

hi as a natural father of the child he had right to visit the baby and see the baby and that you cannot deny the right to show him the baby but if he is not paying maintenance then you could file for maintenance of child

in your case have you feel that baby to husband will create any threat to the life of your baby then you can give a complaint in the police station and go to court backwards direction you and your baby tell your feel safe rights
