What is short order PO in high court?
The Indian High Court advocates speak in their own language. P.O stands for pass over which means to adjourn from today/or a working day. L.O is last order. S.O is short order, or standing over (meaning put up for another date).
What does PO on leave mean in court?
The judge is on leave when he is referred to as PO. When the judge returns from leave the case will then be heard at the next scheduled hearing date. The presiding officer is the judge.
