Notice for divorce ,case for custody

Hi, nOur case of divorce already going on in court . We don't want to stay together any more . He is residing with his brother Sachin and reluctant to leave him. I not in interested in staying with Sachin .Do want to give divorce so Anurag can stay with his brother .Also Anurag has took my both kids with him. I want them back.., but I'm not financially strong.

one can avail the services of legal services authority and can avail legal aid in he/she is not able to afford private advocate. Further, to have the custody of children you have to move an application/ case before the concerned court also.

You need to hire an advocate in this regard to explain to the legalities n the legal remedies available in this regard! Thenceforth your advocate will execute all the cases simultaneously to go for trail or may be settlement accordingly! Thanks

Hi The best way forward would be to move for a divorce by mutual consent and settle the issue of Alimony and child custody while filing the first motion itself. This will save you time, money and energy.
