In india a notary marriage is not valid it is compulsory to act all rituals regarding marriage but you need to collect all evidence which were related to you and your wife as you live with her she can put other charges on you that you live with her and make false allegations

If there was never any marriage between both of you then she can't claim any kind of maintenance or file any domestic violence case or divorce case against you. But if there was any physical relationship then she can always file a complaint under section 376. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
