not returned the jewelry to husband family

I found my husband was impotent in 2days of marriage and filled the case null and void. But he was not appearing for case and forced my family to apply for mutual divorce. Due to depression I can't withstand all this and applied for mutual divorce and got it too. During wedding Husband family gave us 10 sovereign jewelry and we my family gave them 5 sovereign jewelry. Now after the divorce I have not returned the jewelry to my husband family and we did not ask back the 5 sovereign jewelry which they have. Total wedding was our expense we asked to given Atleast half money of marriage expense during divorce but he denied. I am much depressed. My total life is shattered . Marriage ended in 2 days. I want to punish him back . So I will not give back the 10 sovereign. But my husband family is black mailing us that they will file case against me in police station for not returning the jewelry. Is there any possibility that he can file case on me ? My divorce is completed have papers with me
