Not handing over jwellery given by my parents
28-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hello Team,nI was married in January 2023, started having issues and fight shortly after marriage. There are multiple reasons for that.nI feel my husband has some mental blockage due to his previous marriage (it was his 2nd marriage).nI was asked to take a separate place to stay just after 2 months, which I had to. They are now not ready to return the jwellery my parents gave me without signing some documents. nDo I have to sign any documents to get my own jwellery? (Not the jwellery they gave)
If the jewellery was given by your parents then it solely belongs to you only and no one has got any rights over it. And you need not sign any documents for the same. And if his behaviour is intolerable towards you then you can file a petition under DV act and claim your monthly maintenance. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
hello clients as a matter of facta which your have mentioned is a really very shicking issue . in your matter you do need to sign and documents to get back your jwellery in this matter you need to file a criminal case and awnd all these fellows to jail as well as teach them a lesson so that they can do the harrasment ever again move to court tge beat way.
