Not appearing in court for mutual divorce hearing

Can I withdraw mutual content after signing joint petition or can I prolong the date for hearing from court ?

You can do either of them. Depends upon the end result that your are looking for; If you don’t want to proceed with divorce, you can withdraw your consent anytime before the recording of the statement in the court. And if you want to take some time, you can request the court for another date.

You have both the option maximum you can extend it to 18 months or you can also withdraw the same and can file contested divorce if other party is not willing to came or u can also file police complaint against them if they take the money from u..
