Not able to send dasti order in maintenance cases

Court ordered dasti summons to my husband but he lives about 250 km from delhi I'm not able to go their personally,my lawyer said that he can go but he need 10k for this I'm not able to pay .what can I do
You need not go personally to hand over the summons to your husband. It is always done through registered post and nowadays the order sheet are prepared by the magistrate to get it delivered even though WhatsApp and e-mail. For more legal assistance I will be just a call away.

Dasti Summons does not mean that you need to go personally and serve your husband. You may seek a legal advise as to the alternative way of serving. It can be sent through post and an application later on needs to be filed in the court

N nobody has to go there !
The procedure is as follows :-
1. Speed post
2. WhatsApp
3. Court’s process server shall go himself to execute the summons on his address no matter he stays 250km or 2500 km
Even if your advocate goes there he needs to have signature of accused n that he will not sign or what if he is not available at home !
