Non consummation of Marraige even after 3 years

I have been married for a period of 3 years now. Was born and raised abroad for 30 years. Married and settled in India since my husband is in a niche profile and would not be able to secure a job abroad. nnIt was a catholic marraige and My husband refuses to consummate the marraige even after 3 years. I feel cheated as I left everything to be with him. nnI can prove it in court that marraige has not been consummated. I feel mentally harassed. Can I seek compensatory damages in this case?
the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. There are some grounds given in Section 13 on which any spouses can come to the court for getting a divorce decree.

Yes definitely dear. You can move with the criminal application under the provisions of domestic violence Act and claim number of protection orders and also can file divorce petition with compensation as your life had been ruined by him. Also you can file criminal complaint against him.
