No show of my husband during divorce case procedding

I have filed a divorce case against my husband and its been two years , he did not appear once in the court for the same purposes. I am keeping unwell also. No maintenance has been awarded by the court so far. Even now judge made him ex partie and running the case as well. Will ex partie divorce is beneficial for me ? Will i get alimony into the same , as i need money for my survival.

For quick alimony you must file a complaint under section 125 CrPC for maintenance. You need to attach your daily expenses with the petition to claim more and more maintenance. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you can file a maintenance petition against your husband for alimony The court will allow it in your favour and you will finally get some monthly or permanent allowance for your survivor. for better opinion I need to know some more information whether your husband is working in a company or govt. employee

No u can not get maintenance easily in Ex parts Divorce and also No Alimony U can take maintenance order go for its execution and the attach husband’s bank account or salary in case Govt employees or his property which is time Consuming and cost with be incurred in it
