First of all when did you get married? which Year? Do you have any children or not? If you want Divorce from your Husband you are eligible to file Divorce petition in the Family court and grant Divorce. But your reason is not sufficient ground for divorce.

After few days of marriage, if your husband and his family stopped communicating and he is not willing to continue the marital relationship, first try to ascertain through elders or mediators whether there is any possibility for reconciliation. If there is no intention to continue the marriage, you may issue a legal notice seeking reunion or clarification regarding his conduct. If both parties mutually agree to separate, you can file a Mutual Consent Divorce petition after completion of the statutory period as applicable. If your husband is unwilling to cooperate and has deserted you without valid reason, you may also seek divorce on the grounds of cruelty and desertion before the Family Court having jurisdiction.

You should first preserve all messages, call records, wedding photographs, invitations, and any proof showing the circumstances after marriage. If your husband and his family have stopped communicating and are now seeking divorce, you may attempt mediation or family counselling initially to understand whether reconciliation is possible. If they are unwilling to continue the marriage, you have legal remedies including restitution of conjugal rights, maintenance, and appropriate proceedings for mental cruelty or harassment depending upon the facts. Do not sign any document or mutual consent papers without understanding your legal rights regarding maintenance, stridhan, and future settlement. Consult a local family law advocate with complete facts and documents before taking further steps.
