No progress in case women cell prolonging the matter

want to have legal advice on divorce case. What happens when case goes to women cell and they are just giving dates and not listening anything to boy' side. They are hearing and writing the complaints of girl's side. This is not ethical and its injustice to boy. Just to bring into your attention that married couple is not living together since 11 months and now girl wants to go back to her inlaws and her inlaws donot want to accept her as she is ilmannered and doesnt respect anyone incl parents in law in the family. Also her parents talk to the boy family and relatives in the threatening language. Please suggest what to do. Please help us. Waiting eagerly for your reply.
Firstly you as you stated that you both are living separately from last 11 months if she is ready to have divorce as per your query you said that she is ready to go back to her home you need to talk to her wether she is ready for mutual divorce or not and if she is ready to do so you need to file a mutual divorce petition in family court and if she is not ready for that then you have to defend the cases which she had filed against you also there is a remedy available from your mother side she can also file a case of domestic violence against her for more information do contact with complete details of the case with help u out in it.

The best way now is to file a divorce application on the grounds of cruelty as the woman is not giving due respect to the boys parents and pressurising you for separation from your paremts... You can also contest the complaint on merit if you have proper of evidences of alleged behavior of the complainant.. there are many a ways available the detailed advice cam be tendered only through a meeting ..

If tha be so you will have to see if the husband is willing to stay separately from the wife if not then there will be but one remedy that is divorce which ofcourse is not a very pleasant situation for any member of the families involved.

In this case, you have a few options available, the foremost being where you engage a lawyer to discuss with the Oppossite side to notify them that the marriage be mutually dissolved. They will also be legally advised to do so to save time and cost. However, if they don't agree, you can proceed legally. If the women's cell is not functioning, you may consider filing writ petition before HC depending on relevant facts which may need further discussion.
