No physical relation since marriege of 3 years

I have no physical relation with my wife since marriege, she always maintained her distance by excuses. One week back she is agreed on mutual divorce but now she want to file a case against me for marriege expenses. What should he do?

If you are sure that she is ready to file a maintenance case against you then you should be vigilant and if you also not ready to live with her then I would suggest go for mutual divorce. It will save time & money of both of you. Do a settlement in between and keep that terms in the mutual divorce.

hello client as i can see ur issue is serious in nature . in this matter you need to be very careful and very much awake as you are saying tht you can get trapped in this issue of fake cases. so we need to take proper legal steps to maintain your reputation as well as your aocial status.

Your question is that u hv not consummated your marriage n she is ready for mutual divorce …but she wants marriage expenses …’ In this case she can file 498a, 125crpc, Domestic Violence case on you or your family members ..u need to start collecting evidences n get one notice n apprehension complaint drafted
