Nikah and court marriage done are both valid

I got married in 2010 according to Islamic way. Again I got married to same person for registration purpose for aboard , 2011 May. He gave me a divorce according to Islamic way in 2017 Jan . It's considered the legal divorce in Indian law or not. What about 2011 marriage is still valid or not?
If both are accepted your Islamic way divorce is valid. But any one not accepted Islamic divorce that person have a rights to move this case via court procedure . Supreme Court not yet decided about Islamic divorce .

In respect of talak is consent, most of the aggrieved women's challenged the same before court of law and such issue is still pending before the Supreme Court. You can challenge talak given to you the before court.
