you can file for divorce after completing 1 year from the date of marriage or if you want to opt for maintenance then you can file a maintenance petition against your husband. or as you said they are abusing mentally then you can file a case of domestic violence as well. but if you want divorce only then you have to wait for 1 year then you can file divorce. please contact me for any further queries.

If you have completed only 2 months of marriage, divorce may be legally possible only after considering the applicable statutory requirements and whether any exception applies. If there is mental cruelty, lack of support, or other serious matrimonial issues, you should preserve evidence such as messages, recordings, medical/financial documents, and communications. Depending on the facts, remedies for maintenance, residence, protection from domestic violence, and other reliefs may also be available. A detailed consultation would be advisable before taking any step.

Go to a marriage counselor to give another chance to your marriage as it is relatively new you might need to take some time to settle in and give another chance to this marriage if not working still file for divorce for that you will need to give legal notice and then stay separately for 6 months to get a divorce

Are you a house maker? If not what is your income? All these points will decide your outcome Maam.. essentially 2 months is a really less time in that case make sure if there are real inconveniences you file NC with police stations which will later help you.. you can surely get in touch for help.
