Neighbour(wife maternal home)statement of bad behaviour sufficient?

My wife nature is quarrelsome and abusive.. I don't have any witness in n my neighbourhood but the wife maternal home neighbour know her abusive nature.. so is it sufficient to prove cruelty that she fight with me and abuse me?

You can prove her abusive behaviour in many ways, connecting chain of events or stress upon you. Every case is peculiar so these can be better discussed with the full facts of your case. Divorce on the ground of cruelty is possible however needs to strategise it properly. Thanks

Your oral testimony or in writing is sufficient ground for proving cruelty. This may include continuous non – cohabitation or denying the physical relationships, verbal and physical abuses, arrogant behavior, etc. Audio and video evidence are the best evidence and it is broadly admitted by the court. You can also strengthen your case with witnesses testimonies.
