We have applied two cases in court through lawer 1.Manovarthi 20/15and 2.divorce 164/15 We received divorce confirmation notice from my lawyer 2 points has been mentioned in divorce notice .one is divorce appicable from date And 2 nd point is that there be no order as a cost of a petition.what is the meaning of 2nd point
