Need visting rights of my daughter

My wife had filed DV case and also for maintenance case against me in nalagarh Himachal but she didn't let me meet my daughter which is 03 year old from last four months. I need visting rights can i file application with DV case Or separately.

You can file an application under section 21 of the same DV case for visitation rights to your daughter. Please note this will be a temporary relief since this order will be valid till the pendacy of the case. if you are looking for the permanent custody of your daughter then you can file the custody petition under guardians and wards act.
