Need to understand the judgement given


29-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have filed a case on ground of nullity on my wife.She never showed up in court. I submitted all proof & have received the judgement, but cannot understand what does it mean. In the result, the suit fails. The same is dismissed as exparte.

dear client as per your query since you filed for divorce case certain judgement is given if you cannot understand the judgement you can send the judgement you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...

this is weird. if you have conducted the case the it was supposed to get decreed ex parte in your favour. however it seems you have failed to make out even a prima facie case against your wife and your suit has been dismissed. thanks & regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta.
