Need to send legal notice to my husband

Hi, Me and my husband was staying separately for last 2 years. When my husband went to his family place, he almost a scene in the pressure of his family. from last 1 n half month he is staying with his family. Neither he visited our place nor called me for anything. I tried contacting but not ready to tell anything that he is coming or not. please suggest us what i need to do

Hi, As per the limited information provided by you, it totally depends what do you want. We can file fir divorce under Hindi Marriage Act, in section 13. If you both are living alone since 2 years then desertion is one of the ground to ask for divorce. For further query do contact.

you can send a legal notice foe taking his response whether he wishes to live with you are not or he has any issue with you. If yes he can sortout the same by sitting together with you. Further, if he is not willing to live with her then what is he planning for you , whether he want to leave you by taking divorce.
