Need to get divorce under mental torture

I am looking advice how to get divorce from my wife (she is Christian)I was living in dubai last 2 years but now I m living in India with parents ,my points
1) mental harrasment by wife
2) Travelling to India 5 times in year and 1time her paren
3)always wana support her parents and ignoring my parents
4) never cook breakfast on last 12 years and lunch
5) need servent always not doing anything at home
6) want me to convert into Christian and trying to convert to my son also but I can't ....I born in Brahmin family and I will be there only.
7) she is living as live in partner with her bf since 2016
8) my son(9 year) since 2020 February with me before that with her parents
9) I have property in Delhi under her name GPA,Now she sold silently and eater all money even without informing me ,now I don't have money no business nothing left with me and top of that she is harrasing me and my parents ,pls advice what safety I can do for my parents and myself and for my son.

helli manoj as the things i have read is drastically damaging the culture of mariage and institution of marriage. in your case as you said you want divorce yes you will get divorce as well as your childrean will get saved from your wife to get converted into christinaty . in your case i need more details regarding ur case so tht thing can get clear to me . your property will also be saved from her parents in thid case you need to urgenyly file a case in delhi so that the judicial process may get started to provide you the decrrr of divorce

You can seek divorce on the grounds of Adultery under Special Marriage Act. You can register a complaint for Domestic violence/cruelty against your wife on behalf of your mother. You will also have to take care about the custody of your child as well.
