Need to file a petition for alimony and maintenance...a

Husband is a muslim i am a hindu i stay in kolkata and i dont know where he stays..we used to travel to mumbai for work and he has filed a divorce from mumbai..i want to stop the divorce and also want alimony..we r seperated 1nd half yrs...j have a son 13 yr from my previous marriage i was a widow ...i cnt hire a lawyer cos i am not working..i cant afford it i stay wth my parents..i need help..have recd another summon stating that if i dont appear in court on 8th august an ex partee decree will be issued..pls help me to stop the divorce

you just appear in court on 8th August, give the apllication for legal aid, you will get free adv. from legal aid, u can also demand alimony in same, or you can file another separate complaint agaist him for alimony or others
