First of all you should not have changed you religion before getting divorced !! But, as it is evident that your religion conversion is under process and has not yet been finalised, you will have to file divorce under the Hindu Law only. You can file a suit for divorce in the court where you currently reside. Now coming to the aspect of time, there is no fixed time schedule to get divorce. Each case depends upon its own circumstances and facts. So there is no straight jacket formula to calculate the time frame.
