Need to apply divorce but am not sure about the cost and procedure

What are the procedures to be done to file a divorce

If you can file divorce petition on mutual consent the procedure is simple and fee will be small. If you go for divorce other grounds of cruelty, fraud, etc., the procedures will take time. Fee will also be accordingly.

Firstly, a joint petition for dissolution of marriage for a decree of divorce is to be presented to the family court by both the spouses on the ground stating that they have not been able to live together and have mutually agreed to dissolve the marriage or they have been living separately for a period of one year or more filing case three jurisdiction 1. marriage place 2.both are living place 3.last separate place. the following document are necessary 1. marriage invitation 2. marriage photo 3. address proof 4. recedent proof
