Need the ways to Live separate & maintenance, no child

My husband is having an extramarital affair, I don't want to give divorce what are ways where I can live separately & claim for maintenance too? Don't have any child.

do you have pictures or videos through which you can can say your husband is having extra marital affair for one year alteas t you can be under judicial seperation without divorce and can get maintenance also

Yes you can get both. meet a lawyer and he/she will do the needful. just that you have to adduce evidence to that effect. also not having any child will not create any difference. hope my advice will be of help to you.
