Meri bhabhi bahut jyada pareshaan hai unke saath unke pati saas sasur bahut misbehave karte hai . Roz roz ka chillana ladai jhagda un par restrictions lagana . nWo ab mere se help maang rahi hai to kya mai unko wahan se humesha ke liye lekar ja sakta aur apne saath rakh sakta aur uske baad divorce file kar dun .Mere alawa koi nai hai unki help karne ke liye .To kya mai unko wahan se le ja sakta humesha ke liye aur apne saath rakh sakta .Wo bahut jyada pareshaan hai aur bahut torture suffer kar rahi hai
आप पहले दोनों पक्षों में बात करो। यदि दोनों पक्ष किसी एक बात के लिए सहमत हो जाए तो। यदि दोनों पक्ष तैयार नहीं होते तो आप डिवोर्स की फाइल कोर्ट में दाखिल कर सकते हैं या उसे अपने साथ ले जा सकते हैं। कोर्ट में कहीं भी प्रतिबंधित नहीं है कि आप अपनी भाभी को अपने साथ नहीं ले जा सकते सुरक्षा सागर को जाने के लिए तैयार है तो आप उसे अपने साथ ले जा सकते हैं।

yes u can file a divorce it's a matter of domestic violence and cruelty if she wants to stay with you and seeking help you may help but try to provide separate house otherwise you will face allegation that you both was involved with each other that's why it was happening in her life seek legal help further
