Need some point to break on her statements

My wife doing emotional cheating.She said to the judge in court, my husband doing sexual harrasment, forced sex with me all the night. My advocate said to me that you should say "I never had sex with her". But reality is I do sex with her. How can I proceed further, she may said "no, he had sex with me".

Well, You should have told judge clearly, that, yes, you do sex with her, but, with her consent and willingness, not forcefully. And, being a Wife, after Marriage, if she never wants to engage in sex, then, why she married me? You can file for Restitution of Conjugal Rights under Sec 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
