Need notice regarding information


30-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have file the case at Thane court but yet my notice has not received at my husband house and judges saying you have to wait till notice serve so please tell me what to do because it's already taken 4mnth time

your lawyer needs to collect the summons from court and get it served to your husband via bailiff or even u can approach the bailiff and get it served. if your husband resides outside thane jurisdiction then u can serve via road

Well, you can request Judge, that, you will serve Notice by yourself. That you take up the responsibility, that, Notice will be sufficiently served to the opposite party against whom you have filed the case.
