Need Mutual divorce with wife due to financial issue and no adjustment

I need a mutual divorce with my wife we have married one year before on date 5 may we have completed one year now she is not adjusting with my family and wants to live alone, because i have financial burden, loans and not financial strong.

Well, your Wife also need to agree for Mutual Divorce, it cannot be your unilateral decision. If both of you after to Mutually Divorce, then a Mutual Divorce Contract will be prepared having mutually agreeable terms and conditions, by executing which before the concerned Family Court, you guys can seek Mutual Divorce.

It is suggested that, if you both are not finding compatibility with each other, you both should file for a mutual divorce by executing a consent terms between yourselves. If your wife if willing to take mutual divorce right now, then its better you get it done. As there could be severe consequences for you, if she changes her mind and decides to go for Contested Divorce/ Domestic Violence Case/ Police case etc. im case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.
