Need mutual divorce with my husband .

What step should be taken if we both agree for mutual divorced ?? And is there will be mainteinance for me ? And if he ignored for maintainance what step should be taken for my better future .. And many more question i have please do response i m jobless and helpless too
If your marriage has been more than one year you can file for divorce with mutual consent along with maintenenace under section 125 of CrPc.

If you go for mutual divorce than your husband and you must discuss the amount of maintenance to be paid. But if he refuse to pay you maintenance then you have to go for maintenance case. The process for mutual divorce is completed in 6 months.
