Need Mutual Divorce consent Agreement Format

I got married in Jul-2018 and there has been lot of conflict now.Marriage is beyond repair and both of us are ready to file divorce and now wife is also ready for Filing Mutual Divorce with alimony of 20 lacs plus.I am ready to pay and finish the matter.Now, I require the sample Agreement for Mutual Divorce with the specification nthat she does not ask or cannot claim any further money from me in the future nor she can file any case against me nin relation to this futurenPlease help me guide for the same.

ok now you both reday to file divorce petition so can me give your condition of divorce which important for drafting of divorce petition of hinu marriage act u/s 13 b so you can send some details of marriage life I will provide sample of divorce agreement
