need legal suggestions on divorce its legal complications

11-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
We are Hindu. I got married in July 2021. My wife uses to fight with me over small things and her parents support her and they always interfere in our lives. She is in her parent's house for more than 7 months and she is not willing to give divorce. When she went to her parent's house then our fight got increased, most of the reason for our fighting is her mother. Her mother is stopping her from coming to me, she is filling wrong thoughts against us in her mind. I feel that her mother is criminal minded because she threaten me many times one day I tried to speak to my wife then My mother in law picked up the call and she told me that 'once our property got seized so if we will come to our true form then I will cut you in the piece.' During these 7 months, we both exchange verbal abuse but from my side, I was only involved from their side whole family is involved. From my side, we tried to solve the issue but my mother-in-law is creating problems and my wife is influenced by her mother.

Sorry to know about your situation. It is advised to first hold meetings between families and you try to amicably solve the dispute. If that doesn't work out then put an option of divorce, if she will be ready then it'll be easier for you to get divorce or you will have to...

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that your wife is not willing to come to her matrimonial home because she is under influence of her mother, in such case you can file restitution of conjugal rights and also if your mother in law is creating nuisance you can record her call and it will be helpful for us to produce before the court. for more information about the same kindly contact me.
