Need legal advice on Domestic violence case issue

My wife filed 498a on me and my parents. We settled everything outside and taken divorce through notary, said ok to compromise in the court. On first day of hearing, she accepted for compromise in front of judge and after observation period she is demanding more money to close the case. On disapproval, now she is saying as not compromise. I have proof of notary. What can i do now?

hi if sbe is not ready to compromise the matter now then you could file a petition in court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that her intention is only to extract money from you
